Welcome to the Greater Fort Lauderdale New Testament Church of God website. It truly is a delight to be able to share the good news of salvation and the fellowship of our hearts with you through this medium.
We are living in a very challenging and competitive age which makes our commitment to preaching the gospel that much more important. It’s an age of challenge because of the gradual decline of moral, social and spiritual structure of our society. It is competitive because we frequently find ourselves having to compete for the very souls of men against not just the immorality of our society but also contrary religious doctrines, theories and sects.
It is the intention of this body of believers (church) to use this God given medium to defend, support and to promulgate the gospel of Jesus Christ in the fullness of its integrity, message and strength, to the best of our ability. It is our hope that in doing so, souls will be born to the Kingdom of Christ and kept in his grace till he comes.
I would like to invite those of you who will to join us on our march towards the upholding of the integrity and sacredness of this great gospel, through which millions have come to know the Lord and have been transformed into new creatures. Certainly the challenges against the spreading of the gospel are presented as mountainous obstacles but the testimony of the writer remains true to those who believe that “God specializes in things that are/or seem to be impossible.”
I trust that you will find it an experience of great joy and tremendous blessings as you worship and fellowship with us on our website. Please feel free to communicate your thoughts, prayers and concerns, using our email addresses. If you would like to know the Lord as your personal Savior, you simply need to ask him through sincere prayers to forgive you of your sins and believe in your heart that you have been forgiven and you will be saved. If you need help finding a place of worship or to talk to someone, please call our offices or email your request to us.
Should your travel permit, we look forward to seeing you in one of our worship services very soon.
God bless you richly.
I am yours in the Master’s Service,
Bishop Clive A. Porter Sr. |
